Thanks for subscribing bro. There is no supplement for weight gain bro. Neenga sapidura sapaduthan neraya sapidanum. Weight training panunga, protein based foods daily add panunga. Weight gain slow ah than nadakum. So be patience. Lower back pain ku doctor check panirunga. Athu nerala diagnosis panathan cause theriyum. I’ll do a detailed video on gaining separately.

I made this video after watching Dr. Pal & other intermittent fasting videos bro. Intermittent fasting is not superior to any other conventional dieting strategy. That’s good bro. If you’re able to follow & get good result, it’s good. But there is lot of hype that only intermittent fasting works & have numerous benefits. Thus I made this video on why IF is just like any other diet. People can choose whichever is convenient for them without worries.
