I love these cars, I have a 350 and a 55, both amg, still they seem to less loved than my BMW Z4M... I think the R171 deserves more respect than it gets, or it just me having lived through that F1 era, where style and airodynamics were getting tested... Every car has its fans. I have 2001 a170 version and often drive it over my mx5 for its practicalities and I like the height from sitting over the battery. Lots of vision and fresh air from the accordion sunroof. Love the gearbox and space inside despite short length and nearly 60mpg every time I check 🥰

Does w140 have good high speed stability? For example, when it is driven 230km/h, does car feel stable and firm? Does it feel like as if the car is sticking on the road firmly, not feeling floaty? How does w140 feel at extremely high speed?

Cool video, thanks. You did slip in some clips of the later R172 model though. The 55 AMG model also has 18" wheels, not 19". It also has the M113 V8 engine. The 350 and 55 have the 7 speed auto transmission. Worth noting also that there was a Black Edition which has a fixed roof.
