That's interesting about the back pain. I've been having that issue too. I'm slowly backing off high blood pressure meds to see if that makes a difference.

I'm glad to hear you're still undetectable. Regarding joint and muscle pain, how have your DEXA scans been? Just a thought, but maybe if your bones are starting to have issues such as osteopenia or the beginning of osteoporosis. I have been praying and will continue to pray for Bob.

Lipitor caused my husband horrible muscle and joint pain. So happy for you!!!!

Your story is so similar to my husband's. Stage 4 at diagnosis, in all 12 core samples. Gleason of 8, PSA 40. Supra Pubic catheter, because kidneys were shutting down. Casodex and Lupron for years. Radiation with the seeds. It spread to spine so more radiation. He was able to get off Lupron a year ago and he's holding steady. He'll be 71 soon. He was diagnosed January 2014. It's a bumpy, unpredictable ride. Hot flashes from hell, fatigue, muscle loss and all the rest as you know. I would ask him how he felt, and he couldn't even explain it to me, he didn't know himself. The first thing he said on that first appt was. "I'm going to die", but he didn't and you didn't either. I'm praying so hard that you will be giving your 10 year anniversary update. You really help people. I'm glad I found your channel. You've been a life line for me. As a wife, it's hard to know what it feels like for our men, but your honesty is so appreciated!

Enjoy have a great time. Your washer sounds like ours. It’s a GE and does the exact same thing as it tries to enter the rinse cycle. I just shut it off the lock opens I rearrange the clothes and set it on the 10 min rinse and spin cycle. Done. That’s the workaround 😂

Sorry to hear that you're going through a bad stretch, but you've come SO far. Hang in there, you're doing so much better now than when I first started following your journey. This too will pass ... My husband is 10 years fighting. He's still doing ok, but wow were there dark tunnels. It took his libido too, which is hard on the wife because we can't know exactly how they feel. Sometimes he can't even explain how he feels. Please don't apologize, there isn't a motivation tree where you can go pick some off . You can't go buy it at the store, you can't create it. Cancer is wicked. Please don't give up!!!! We love you out here ❤
