Some think it's a good endeavor to pursue, while others believe remaining in Jaypee projects in 2024 would be a mental nightmare. To be clear, I am neither a migrant nor an outsider in Delhi. I am from Delhi, however I am not too familiar with the Greater Noida area. I plan to move to your town with my little family (mother and sister). As a result, I chose to seek your opinion.       Good evening Amit Mehra ji Maine January 2004 m ess society m flat liya h Abhi shift nhi kiya hai.i also lives in Delhi. But main jab bhi Jay pee Aman society jati hu hmesha positive review hi milte h ....bus ek complate thi society ki building ki खस्ता हालत but ab wha pr buliding maintanence ka ka जोरों शोरो से चल रहा है. । उसका surrounding area bhahut achaa h metro station 148 pass m h 5 minutes ki duri pr h . Noida or greater Noida yha se paas h .

    Pathetic builder, Pathetic quality, Pathetic Maintenance, Pathetic Quality Materials Provided. Lets start reviewing the builder from beginning. The project was launched in 2015-2016 and was supposed to be completed in 5 years. It has been launched and re-launched many times in the beginning and only started selling when other big builders came with higher prices. The goodies which the builder initially promised where removed. For eg: 1. Wall mounted toilets: Today not even a small builder is giving old age toilet seats. This has been done for cost cutting. 2. Glass railings: The glass provided by the builder are of pathetic quality. They are not built into the walls rather welded to the walls. 3. Skywalk: The Skywalk was supposed to be the USP of the project but that was removed by the builder with a reason that it would not hold onto the structure. Then why in the world did you even committed? And why did you constructed apartments in the space which was left after the Skywalk was removed? 4. Pool Structure: There was a pool beauty structure supposed to be over the pool and that was also removed without any intimation. 5. Quality of Materials: The materials used inside the apartments are of least quality and decades old design. 6. Bad Design of Apartment: The design of the apartment will remind you of cost cutting and non competent designer. The sanitary pipes are covering areas in every balcony thus reducing its size. 7. Finishing: The finishing of the walls are so pathetic that it will remind you of the DDA flats perhaps the DDA flats looks better than those. The water tank on the top will remind you of Noida Authority water storage facilities. The tiles inside apartments are hollow[looks like the builder was short on cement]. The external walls are uneven. 8. Increase in Floors: The earlier design was supposed to 23 floors for Tower G, 21 floors for Tower H, 19 for Tower I, 17 floors for tower J, 15 for tower K, 13 for tower L but now they have increased 2 floors at-least for J, K and L. Builder is putting dummys at every place and those too are out of sync. The design does not match, the color does not match, some broken dummys fixed with glue etc etc. The tiles are already breaking even though its only 6 months old property. The builder is not allowing anyone to resale their own units as his own units are not sold. Post possession builder will not allow interior interiors person to complete your interiors rather you will have to hire his own men who will charge you 3 times and thus builder will make commission. Builder is not even allowing Airtel and JIO to come in the premise as they do not fall for his comission tactics. Imagine Lease Rent of Samridhi being higher than Godrej. All in all this is the worst designed project of Noida Sector 150 and its value is only increasing because the nearby properties are prices higher. Do not fall for this builder and buy any of his projects be it Luxuriya or Daksh Avenue or Grand Avenue and rather spend a 1000 rs extra for buying in other properties. You will be be peaceful for life. Lot of the apartments are sold to his own relatives and employees and they have already done illegal constructions on the apartment. The favorable reviews are mostly from his agents or the one's who got benefits from him. Be Aware and do not fall! Imagine a builder with this level of stupidity that he puts his own picture in a clubhouse while he is alive. Looks like he has the same advisors as our favorite pappu.. May this guys idioticity rest in peace 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
