yes its possible the only issue is you cant overclock much your miner since the OEM power supply is limited to 4000W

Like if i bought a bunch of second hand ant-miners, what-ewers like 9 or L3++ WHAT confines me to just mine this. WHY cant i use the power of those asics that are just hardware to mine what ever the F i want cus if this is the confinement i have to abide by in order to make a profit and always buy the best and the newest then the crypto mining thing is not much ells in regards to then regular fiat market of currency value

you are right the only thing you missing is that chips are programmed from the start to work with one Algorithm on hardware level , so you can't just use the same miner to mine all coin unless they use same algo , for example you can use any miner for BTC to mine any other coin that use SHA256 algo such DGbite , BTC cash ... , but it can't be used to mine LTC that uses scrypt algo

you cab still mine with S9 BTC and L3+ LTC , the issue with this miners they have a very low hashrate compared to newer miner , the L9 is 10 time more powerful than the L3+ for only twice the power consumption of the L3+ , and since mining is all done in pools and you share of the reward in based on the your contribution in hashrate , your reward is too little and is not profitable to your power consumption , that's why you need new miners , doesn't have to be lastest but at least a miner with a decent hashrate to be profitable hope this answers your questions

depends on your location , if you live in an area where ambient temp dont exceed 35C yes you can run two miners with this dry cooler

the fans inside can run up to 6000 rpm but you wont need that speed most of the time as the dry cooler has multiple fans inside and are divided into two different zones

that depend on the location and type of land you have , it can vary a lot

this is the 42 miners cabinet , for the S19 Hydro , each miner needs 5.5KW total for the miners is 231KW and you have the Dry cooler that needs around 2.5KW and the chiller that takes up to 15KW , so total consumption is around 250KW , keep in mind everything is running on 3phase 380V

Hi james , thanks for the comment , appreciate the sub , Hydro miners are grade ,but you need to have good setup to run them properly as they are a bit picky in terms of temperature control , so if you can afford a ready system would be better to safe time , but if you looking to build your own be prepared for trial and error , for recommendation i would go for Asic shield , they have different sizes cabinet for S21 hydro and can do custom ones as well

for dry cooler the system comes with a 45KW , if chiller is required than a 5hp chiller plus 40kw dry cooler will work fine for hot climate

Yes you casn overclock the S19XP hydro with Asicshield Firmware , the cabinet can support up to 7k per miner , the original consumption for the S19 Hydro is between 5.2 to 5.5KW
