This is also what I do everyday. I do still touch up with loose powder but I would always do this first (using facial tissue or kitchen tissue) then go in with powder.

I do the same thing! I can powder if I want, but I only after doing this! I don't like the texture that it leaves on the skin when I don't do that

omg this what I do with my make up haha. Never been a super huge fan of powders because of how matte (and kind of dry) it made me look, also because I couldn’t really afford so much when I was starting out so I would always do this after 2-3 minutes of waiting for my foundation to dry down as well. It helped to reduce the amount of transfer and oiliness without sucking the life out of my skin.

I bought this recently but when I tried it only looked like I put a gloss on because this shade is my natural lip color. It is a nice color but I would have to pick another shade😅

I tried chatgpt, too. 😭 said I was warm when I'm probably either neutral or olive. I can't quite tell, but definitely not warm. Every warm foundation makes me look like an umpa loompa. But cool and warm tone colours look good on me. I prefer cool tone makeup, but gold jewellery 🤷🏽‍♀️ If i try it again in the future, i will try your method out ♡

adding on here in text (cause 60 seconds IS NOT ENOUGH FOR ME), if you wanna warm up a grey-ish lip colour, i'd suggest to look for a brown lip liner! (it can be tonally light/light-medium/etc... whichever you preference is). my preference would be to have the lip liner tonally as close as possible to the lip colour, or if not, 1-2 shades darker. its neutral and "safe enough to pair" that it'll help add some definition while giving some warmth.

do you have etude house dusty beige? I know it’s different formula but how would you describe the color difference with pale plum? (I bought dusty beige last year & disappointed the shade looked off on my lips - too…grey? - still searching for a pretty muted purple/mauve product 😢)

could you comment on the formula comparison of the two? i’m interested in both of these but i’ve heard people say the etude’s gloss doesn’t last which is a shame because i like the colours they have more than clio’s ;-; i’ve only heard great things about the glam tint formula though!

CLIO is more pigmented and has a prettier finish in my opinion ✨💜

have you tried mistine lip thing? the one with cool packaging. i can't find a good swatch and try on online especially with olive skin. i tried their v06 and i think it looks warm but on me it looks cool? idk, im so confuse with this color thing.
