Thought they had a lot of good talent there? I agree with Uncle Tats I would take Bregman on a shorter-term deal. Not 7 years. No thanks on Carlos Correa-he is injured too much.

This might sound crazy but the Yankees have the rare opportunity to if the make the right call to SF giants to get rid of rodon contract I bet you if they call and tell them we going to 3 million of his contract for the next 3 years is a done deal the giants are in need of one top of the rotation pitcher 2 they need a big name to be attached to their franchise because right now they don’t have one and this move would benefit the 3 party involved Yankees get rid of a bad contract the giants get a top pitcher and Rodon would benefit of pitching in a pitcher stadium remember his best number were with the giants

They should get Rogers or trade for bohm or Lowe.🗽🗽🗽

I agree with Donald Stewart-No DJ Lemahieu on the field. DJ cannot stay healthy! Yankees should have got Pete Alonso at first base to help Judge and Cody Bellinger out! I like Jazz but not lead-off hitter-he strikes out too much! Maybe Volpe or Jaason Dominguez or Ha-Seong Kim if they get him. I like the Yankees pitching but they need another good thumper bat! Yankees should give Jasson Dominguez at least a full year of everyday play or more to see what he has got. Great show guys

I do not love the Paul Goldschmidt signing or having DJ Lemahieu as our third baseman maybe. Yankees almost have to get in 2025 off-season Kyle Tucker or Vlad Guerrero Jr to be a real good team! Plus, no way I want Jazz as Yankees lead-off hitter he strikes out too much! Maybe Volpe or Jasson Dominguez can do lead-off.

About Vlad Guerrero Jr. He was born March 16, 1999. He is 25 now but will be 26 on March 2025. Would not mind Vlad on the Yankees. Would not miss soto as much if Yankees could sign him for a long-term deal! This is why I hate that Soto is no longer a Yankee because he was supposed to be the Yankees future! I am all aboard the Vladdy Train to the Yankees ladies!!

Great show. While considering the '24 season, I think it is a little unfair to not grade it as a very successful year despite its ultimate conclusion. I remember 1976 and 1995, both seasons that ended in huge playoff/WS disappointments before great, lasting things happened. We're always impatient to have a "complete" team, all-star caliber at every position, but that almost never happens. Wnning teams are built over time, one piece at a time, and IMO, calls for having the right people, not necessarily the best statistically (which is why I don't want Bregman or Guerrero Jr.). I know that many will disagree with me about this. Another thing to consider is that what appear to be a baseball super team (like the Dodgers currently) more often disappoint than meet expectations.

Pinstripe Chronicles, Great channel guys! I liked Gleyber and will miss him. Wish him success in another place, Spencer was right about the Yankees before the World series 2024. Spencer said he would hate if the Yankees lost a big game because of errors. He knew there would be some. But he was right. A World Series game was lost on errors and bad fundamentals! Donald Stewart stressed the Yankees fundamental problems too! Good going guys! I would not mind Carlos Correa, Alex Bregman or Alec Bohm as Yankees third baseman. They all hit well and hit well in play-off time too! Yankees NEED good play off hitters! Personally, I would love Bregman as Yankee third base. He can hit in play-offs and Yankees need a Villian type on the team. Judge is too nice! Plus, Rori Sasaki is probably going to Dodgers or Padres anyway! A nice remembrance of Rickey Henderson by Spencer. I loved him too ever since he was an Oakland A in 1979, and I do remember the snatch catch too. Glad he was a Yankee for a time. Best lead-off hitter of all time too! Finally, NO DJ Lemahieu at third base. At 57:20 I agree with Donald Stewart.

It was Chris that retired at 7:01. Plus, if the Mets get Pete Alonso back Yankees can maybe go after Vlad Guerrero Jr. without a met bidding war for Vlad Guerrero Jr. I expect the yanks to go after Kyle Tucker also! Paul Goldschmidt was probably signed as a one year stopgap in anticipation of the Yankees planning to sign Munetaka Murakami or Vlad Guerrero Jr. next off-season to play at first or signing Kyle Tucker to play left field and moving Cory Bellinger to first.

Dominguez played little in minors and played more center recently in 2023 , 2024 ,

It's so frustrating because people make these comments without having any idea what the Yankees actually are thinking their strategy but they value what they see in the player none of us have access to any events going and we're over here thinking that we have a better idea than the Yankees calm down people Paul Goldschmidt is going to be an incredible one year player that's all the Yankees needed to commit to a first baseman this season and if there's younger ones available via the trade market or free agency but people need to calm down and stop acting like they have more information access to detailed in-depth information that you're yanking sorry but, really think that they're better informed than the Yankees

Yankees didn’t let them comeback, they self destructed and Dodgers took advantage. Great teams do that. Royals couldn’t do it, Guardians couldn’t do it but the Dodgers did. So they didn’t “give” or “let” the Dodgers anything. The Dodgers took it. What was said? “Yankees cracked the door open and the Dodgers kicked it down”

At 31:52 I agree with Donald Stewart on Dodgers cornering the Japanese market. But what about the Yankees cornering the Dominican Republic good player market? Thought we had some good talent there? I would not even mind Cody Bellinger at first base with Anthony Santander in left field. You would have 2 good lefty bats there that could hit some homeruns over Yankees short right field porch! Yankees can't guarantee Kyle Tucker will come to the Yankees in 2025 off-season.

Yankees have the starting pitching with Gerrit Cole, Max Fried, Carlos Rodon, Luis Gil, Clarke Schmidt, and Marcus Stroman. (Stroman I still do like. Maybe if they keep him, he can miss a start in rotation from time to time by all-star break to keep him strong.)
