Hi, this is gagan, i purchased tv in flipkart last year. On 31-10-2023, i insured my tv for 3 years with jeeves compaby, while we took that insurance, he said total 3 years will be protected , if you got any damage we will replace the tv , my tv have issue of sound, tv sound has not coming, i called to customer service, they provided one executive number, i called to the person and he came, he said speakers are not working, i have to open the tv, he opened the tv and took pictures, when he opened and closed the tv, tv display got damagaed, i am so worried at that time, he said , we will replace the tv, again i call the customer care they said , we received the report that display and speakers are damaged, how he can just came and ruin my tv , i just want the report on this issue, if you are not solve this problem, i will go to the consumer forum ,and raise complaint against jeeves We didnot raise any ticket for refund. Only mrv enterprises members claimed. We will not leave this issue.

Hi sir, I have purchased a complete protection plan for my TV. However, my TV display is not turning on. Despite raising this issue on July 31, the problem has not been resolved. To date, the TV has been repaired twice with the motherboard being changed and twice with the power button being replaced. However, the TV has not turned on for the past 112 days.
