No way is home owners insurance $700-900 in the state of FL !!!
It varies throughout the state but YES in Ocala on these new construction builds, that’s the quotes my clients are getting!

Id rather two bigger bedrooms in order to accommodate space for a dining table. Seems really inconvenient to have to eat at the kitchen island.
@@danbiss87 when I filmed the property I looked for an area to place a dining table and there is space but it would have to be a smaller table and limited living room furniture. But it’s possible.
