This session has great ideas! A question was asked regarding adding employee office time scheduled as a job versus a task. When you add employee office time as a job, it will increase your customer count for the week, which will decrease your "cost per job" if you average your sales by jobs for the week. Using office time as a task, employees clock in using the Main clock and the time shows on the daily and in your payroll report. Also, if you schedule office time as a job, and you pay your employees commission, those jobs will show up with no pay, so you will have to manually enter an amount. per job, per person. Versus, scheduling employees as a task, the main clock clock in/out time shows on the payroll report with a total hours and minutes and TCF converts the hours/minutes to decimal. TCF rocks! Remember - on any CRM, what goes in, comes out in a report.
