My music is free to use, you don't need to mention my name etc. If it makes you feel good, use it without a second thought everywhere you want - in your videos as background music, and an intro tune and so on. There's no even need to inform me about that. I have no contracts or legal team or anything, never signed any papers with TH-cam etc. Music should be free for all.

DJ Kanyon - All for nothing

I was trying to do some wild drumfunk but got dragged to melancholy by vocal samples so anyways.
Last music i made in 2024.

Spoiler - it sucks, please don't listen to it. 3 Dawless jams from live streams, and about 5 music tracks (previously unreleased). I decided not to spam anyone's feed with countless pieces of so called music so i combined it into one file.

Somehow I missed this track! It’s awesome! Cool vibe!
It's ok coz i don't even remember how and when i wrote it haha!
I just pulled the trigger on one for $69.99 from Donner through Temu.
sweet deal! best way to spend 70 bucks!
We have to thank our lucky stars we were born later, when you think about the guitar pedals first invented in the late 60s and early 70s, (distortion, Fuzz, Univibe, Wah, flanger) they cost thousands of dollars in some cases, and they are easily copied exactly today for less than 30 dollars for each pedal. And as newer effects pedals get reverse engineered, exact copies of them will sell for 1/10th what boutique pedal companies charge. A fool and his money are soon parted.
true!
I actually considered buying one of these. But i just got the MS70CDR+. you can stack 6 pedals vs 5 and it has like 150 pedals, a bunch of preset stacks, an tons of room for user slots. The navigation is also really easy and fits into my workflow really well. I believe MS70CDR+ (most likely) does everything this pedal does and more for basically the same price. You can also find the older CDRs for the same price...so it wasnt a choice. $50-$90 for this or CDR.....or $110 for a brand new CDR+. I absolutely do not regret it. Even though everyone has one lol
hmmm good choice, i always wanted MS one! obvious choise i guess!
@djkanyon i know right haha i really wanted something that not EVERYONE was using. Looked at a number of multiFX, but since it was newer and basically the standard, i had to go for it. I looked at the G1 line here, the B3 & B3N, and a number of other Zoom products since they're the multifx standard. Will def be considering the G1 again for other instruments tho. Good video, thanks for the demonstration!
Very chill! Great track! I love the noise elements!
yup noise was the best part of it i guess! thanks bro!
@ The rest is great too! 😉
Great stuff, as always!
thanks bro! slapped together everything i had left! some of it kinda good... i think
@ All of it! Really!
@@Tptkk hmmm good then! new ones to come in 2025 too!
@ 2025 will be your year! I can feel it!
I wish to be half as prolific as you are! Awesome stuff! The opener is on my recommendation playlist since it came out. Love every track of this album!
thanks bro... i wish i made more songs with vocals but working with vocal samples is a major pain!
Man! This is great! You’ve outdone yourself! King of Acid! 😉
thanks bro! tried to collect all the acid and it turned out better that i thought!
Nobody needs the overprized Strymon garbage..
Terrific end of year Jam 👌🎶🍻
thanks bro! it was made it last 6 days so i really didn't hope it was going to be any good! but it seems some people like it!
Lovely
thanks bro!
its really dope
Hello, DJ Kyanon. Thank you for watching my live show the other day.😀🙏 I got to see your various attempts with the electribe. The music you played with a PlayStation-like sound was nice. I'm currently using the MC-707 as my main machine, but I also like the distinctive sound of the electribe, so I can't take it out of my set. Let's continue to enjoy exploring sounds with the electribe. See you!😀
thanks brother! it's one of my favs and i did it after watching lots of your shows, so in a way you was the one inspiring this one! also i'm a huge fan of japanese video game music so i tried my best!
That's nice!😀👍👍👍👍👍
Very cool Melodies!
thanks bro! tried my best!
I dislike Strymon effects. Have a very characteristic sound to them, that is tailored for guitar. I prefer transparent effects like the ones from Empress and Eventide (flatter EQ curve on the reverbs). Also have a zoom ms70cdr that I use for specific purposes. The Zoom is fine and an absolute banger for synths.
Eventide rocks! But it's really hard to find coz it flies off the shelves at the day one, and it's not cheap. Funny thing is that Zoom is not that great for a guitar (Boss is better in my opinion), but for a synth it's surprisingly good
@djkanyon true.
4:56 unlike e2s synth version have different switchable filter profiles. Including one that emulate 303's squelchy sound. Not perfect but much better than default electribe filter. And hacktribe firmware have all of them!
Yup i realised my mistake after a year... ishould have went with OG version!
Cool. Thanks.
Yooo what the hell is this?? Next level stuff!
Clean
Right right
Are you powering it with a battery pack or internal batteries.
no internal batteries, only regular ones... i wish there was

верно! именно такое и пытался воскресить
super motto super sound
nice, the guitar sounds a little like the flstudio plugin slayer :-)
nah bro, different ones, it was a lot of vsts going into it and all of them is very old.... i believe one of them called Super Riff Guitar!
I have the grey electribe 2s and if you switch off the lightshow the battery time gets very usable
you can switch the lights off? how? i have no idea

you can switch the lights off? how? i have no idea
@@djkanyon Hey, DJ Kanyon, you can switch to power safe mode in the global parameter submenu. I only use them in this mode. annoyed by the lights. btw. : Youve got quite a few good tracks. Cheers from Berlin, Marv
cool track!
I use it's cousin the Zoom G3x religiously. It has the same engine, but you can stack 6 effects in your chain, and control them with an expression pedal. It sounds amazing. The only things that suck about it, is that I cant sync it to midi clock/ program change, i have to be careful with gain staging and clipping the inputs, and that the knobs on it are a bit laggy so that you cant really twiddle them precisely as a performance feature. It is among the best 100$ ive spent on gear, ever.
btw it's true... midi clock would be a much needed upgrade... also wanted to have G3X but they were too expensive for whatever reason in my area
@@djkanyon Do you notice a problem with gain stagnig/clipping the input with synth signals <or are you using it as an aux effect in a mixer?> That is my main point of frustration with my G3, i need to run my synths at like 1/3 less than max volume into the thing to avoid clipping and even then I have no headroom for anything with transients not to clip
@@craigsurette3438 yup the same here... the G3 was prolly never meant for synths so there's gotta be some voltages and clipping problems... still waiting on synth-only FX pedal!
Delicious earfood. Sounds so close to peak period Astral Projection it's uncanny. Great job!
thanks! never thought about that, astral projection and stuff... very cool!
Recent subscriber :) It looks like a great little thing. I think the Elektron Model: Cycles is another to consider. It seems to have a unique FM character and I hope to own one soon.
