I’ve done two of these on my jeep. First at 60k miles and the second just last week at 130k. If you see oil dripping underneath, chances are it’s your oil cooler housing so change it. Just some friendly tips….use OE parts. It’s not the kind of repair you want to have to go back into if something is amiss. Also, you don’t have to take off the fuel rail….you can simply lift the manifold and fold it over. Last, if your jeep has high miles, you may as well replace the wiring harness to the oil cooler and also the knock sensors. One and done for a while.

Allways when I see clips from hells gate I remember the clip from the Kia sorento and iam blown away from this fat suv 😂

What pipe are you running on the xr650l. Sounds great.

I changed Spark plugs and the coils too while everything was apart at 140K miles on mine, also added a Baxter oil Filter adapter to add a Spin on Oil Filter to prevent Dry start up rattling. I know you can use flood mode to prime filter , but this is my wife’s jeep and she likes to use the Remote Start to warm/cool the vehicle up

Do it! The entire cut & fold on the rear quarter panels and the rear fenders. Clearance is clearance, like you say!
