This was up there for one of the craziest days of whitetail hunting I've had in the woods. After a doe ran by me being chased by 4 different bucks, the morning only continued to heat up with 3 of my hit listers making an appearance. Will I get a shot off? Watch the video to find out! Do you paddle upstream from your launch point or do you designate a driver to pick you up? I have a kayak but havent fished solo on a river yet. I wanna go on the Kokosing this year ive never been
So I usually have someone follow me to my exit point where I will leave my truck. Then with my kayak and fishing gear in their vehicle I have them drop me off at my launch point so that I can take as much time as I want on the River and know that my vehicle is waiting for me at the end! Definitely get out and use the kayak though. The Kokosing is such an amazing smallmouth fishery and having a kayak allows you to cover tons of water. Best of luck to you man.

Deep creek is a phenomenal fishery I live here and fish it every week it takes a lil while to learn but has fish everywhere it is highly highly pressured
