I have my retailers connected and have not had that issue. When you connect the retailer, it is handled through the retailers domain. So, you aren't actually sharing your password with the app. Thanks for watching!

Hello I do Frisbee, and I also cash out some of my rewards. Then then I realize the email that is on was incorrect. I tried to correct it but it logged me out and now I put in my correct email. It's telling me that my number is already associated with an account. Would I be able to get back my points or would I don't know I'm lost.

Hello and thank you for watching. If you are on a VPN it might not be registering your actual time and location. You have to give it permission to know where you're at. And if you need more information about your time zone you can visit and nist.time.gov. if that doesn't work you can always reach out to support and they are pretty good about getting back to you and figuring out what the problem may be.

Hi and thanks for watching. Once you redeem your gift card, go to My Rewards. Go to the gift card. On the top, you will see the security code. Copy it. Click on the redemption URL. Paste the security code. This will then reveal the Amazon gift card code. I hope this helps.
