Part of the issue is how messed up autofill is. If you get auto-filled to a role you don't play that often, your whole team is hosed. Players pretty much have to learn to play every role, and at least learn the basics of each, in order to deal with getting stuck in any role they get stuck in. And then if you OTP a role, and that character gets banned... Not sure what the solution is, honestly. Yes, learning all of the role basics can make you a better player overall, but that's a *lot* of time invested.

First of all let's face some facts: 1. K'sante is level 9 vs level 7 champions 2. K'sante has around 3k gold spent, as far as I can see you only have in items 1.6k (that's nearly 2x value of your items) TL;DR don't expect to beat tanky champion with 80mr while having 60ap and being 2 levels behind.

Hes not part of the balance team. There are gm and chall (and lower elo obv) players in the balance team. Idk why you go after someone that designed champions last year and is now working on game modes. August was never part of the balance team but you paint this narative that him thinking hes high elo is ruining the game.

Or at least they can do a survey with ppl that are ACTUALLY high elo instead of adding, changing stuff on their own tbh. Believe it or not i think some ppl in Chal/ GM would take part in giving their opinion to make the game better instead of just casually changing shits and immediately hotfix change the whole thing the day after because the community is not happy with it

There are 10 ranks in league of legends and diamond is on the high end. You can divide them in 3 groups of 3 + challengers who are completely on their own. And you get low-medium-high. Ofc there is a difference between diamond and master or grandmaster. But by definition diamond is still a high rank

If his peak is Diamond 2 in NA especially, so it could be transfer as emerald globally, then how come with that mindset of emerald player can digest what pro players, high elo players (the real one) thinking about the game, what a clown.

riot balances around specific tiers average tier which is iron-emerald 3, skilled tier which is emerald2-diamond2 and elite tier (or high elo) which is diamond1-challenger and then pro player which does not regard any level of skill from players but instead how champions interact in a coordinated environment. though i dont think he should be calling himself high elo as he would fall under the more above average or skilled tier of balancing and i also believe your skill level as a dev should only cause an impact if its on the lower end meaning you lack understanding. because the goal of a balance dev is to use an unbais lens it doesnt matter if your rank 1 any good balance dev can see the perspective of lower ranked players. but a low ranked dev will just fail to comprehend the higher tiers. Riot of course is going to lack people with a very high elo lens (like gm and chall) because being a riot dev andl also being that rank is just not very realistic.
