I am using Bug Spray to clean the oxidation off of a headlight. This video is to show you that bug spray with DEET can sometimes clean the haze, oxidation, and the ugly yellow plastic film that appears on headlights. This method will not last and will cause more damage than good in the long run. I do not recommend using this method and will recommend using some sort of headlight restorer. Discl...

I am not sure, I just sprayed my front yard. I do let my dogs out front with me 2 days after I sprayed
The label I believe says you want it to dry before letting kids and pets out. Obviously watch your pets it’s a chemical don’t let them eat the grass

I would like to know if it is dangerous for plants or vegetables or is it deadly, excuse me, could you please answer me?
I did not have any of my plants die when I sprayed this on them.
I spray all my bushes & plant with any concentrated insect killer & it gets rid of the bugs that eats the leaves off of my bushes.

How do you know how much left if in it?
I sprayed it until it was empty
On the side there is a measurement that shows you how much you have left
Should you do it days before it rains or will the wearher wash it away?
I did not have any issue with the weather, I actually put this down 2 days before it rained.
Can you UT down when the sun is out?
Lift up your hood next time.. also use the paint tape around it so nothing touches the paint

@@AllMyDIY I did the same thing with mine but then I got so fed up because they would never get clear enough so I went on eBay and purchased brand new headlights from my car for only 75 bucks now they look clear as brand new 😁👍

I am not sure weather or not it is ok for cats after it dries. I would read the back of the bottle before you apply the product.
Once it dries you’re good to go!

1 week after the "Cleaning" and i can still leave fingerprints in the headlights. They still look clean but I still would not recommend the DEET bug spray application.
