Blue devil in Montana? Could it be sonic the hedgehog?
I keep seeing a blue streak, but I think my eyes are playing tricks on me. It is too fast! Just a blink of an eye and it is gone! Going to go talk with local sheriff and see what he thinks about this.

I show step by step and what hoses to connect to and what parts and tools I use. I ran 2 cans of Diesel Purge from LiquiMoly through it, then added 32 oz of some Diesel Kleen from Power Service on top of that at the end. It changed the color of what was coming out of the discharge line, I think it was a great combination and about 25 bucks in all. I have driven about 400 miles and it is running...

UOPDATE! Just was given notice that they are no longer supporting this device after we have had it 6 months. They are giving up a SATPHONE to use for the next 6 months free, then 49.99 a month after that unlimited. We bought this as a source of communication when there are no other sources. Should have clarified that. Above sea level. these would not launch above 8000 feet at that timex so we had to drive to a lower altitude. To make it work
this is more like 200 feet
If you call Yuneec they will give you a firmware that removes the 8000 ft limit
I just bought one but returned it because of the 8K ft limit. My cabin is at 9700ft up by Tarryall. If anyone knows a way to get around this is would be most helpful as I want to use the machine. I have emailed Yuneec to see if they have any updates.
I am glad I found this, I live in littleton, but would like to fly in the conifer area. Any info found about removing the 8000ft cap would be great! Nice Video!
Dj Brooks Yuneec tells me that they are designing a new propeller for the Q500+ to work at altitudes above 8,000 feet AMSL. They expect the design to be out in two to three months. That would put it about mid September 2015. Cheers, Jeeping Joe

I live on Kuehster Road at 8450 and have to do the same thing, drive to the end of the road to get to 7995... You might want to call Ryan at Yuneec.. He is trying to find a solution for the 8000 cap for me. - Nice first flight!
