Sir. Hope you are fine and well. My mp c2003 wasting magenta toner alot. Almost 200 grams every 1500 impressions. My prints are usely text and cad drawing with black and a little color logo. I first change the developer then Toner then complete developer unit and still nothing good happened. I reset the machine but still no luck. Have you experienced this ? Any solution. Regard. Pakistan

How about error code SC652-01 Ricoh C7100SX, the fuser is not heating at all. Ink not drying properly. Thank You

I'm not a trained tech, just a small business owner like yourself. And if I may share a quick tip with you. Permanently remove that tiny clip under the plastic cover, after that removing the feed unit takes about 30 seconds (2 screws), and no need to touch the LCT or the plastic covers anymore. I suspect you are following the Service Manual, nothing wrong with that as well, just takes a bit longer. Regardless of how it is done, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.

5832-01 is ALL settings. I think you lose all their settings. I'm not great with networking on a Ricoh. I dread having to put network settings back in.
