I think suspension mai issue ho sakta hai. Upside down suspension may fix it. Or maybe tyre size chota ho gaya to bhi issue resolve ho sakta hai

Check if front tyre is uniformly fitted in Rim. Or try fitting RS CB 350 tyre

Wobbling in one of the vedio I saw was because of the tyre ..the tyre was replaced for free by MRF .

Haan bhai, mera comment toh delete kar diya :). Galat sabit kar diya, isiliye?, waise, mein sahi sabit hogyaa, aapka har ek bike mein major issue ajata hain XD. Himalayan mein dekha issue agaya, video title dekha baas. Zyada khush maat hou, maine video dekha nahi, just title hi dekha, comment search karte karte. Jo bhi ho, ek aur video aya hain TH-cam pe, CEAT tyre lagane k baad wobbling bilkul fix hogaya uo ek bohut achha bohut din ka YTuber hain, so do check him out for the issue solution guys. BTW, this comment will also get deleted, those who want the channel name, its Deep Ranjan Sachan. So people, do get misguided by this fool. I am a CB 350 Owner, I have no issues, its his problem, any bike he touches, it's finished.

Change u r front tyre. There is manufacturing issue with mrf tyre.

Boss agar himalayan 450 or triumph scrm 400x me se kisi ek ko pick karna ho for long touring ke liye to seating comfort, engine calmness, power, or reliablity ke hisab se kon sa bike chunoge? I am asking just to influence my decision....

All those who are facing wobbling issue have already ridden the bike for like 7k or 10k km after which the problem started, so if the chassis had a fault the problem would have sfarted from the very beginning coz there is no logic that chassis would come out faulty after 10k km or so. From other videos i have come across, i see a problem is with the allow rim or wheel, most likely the rim since many have mentioned about the rim quality is little compromised. So it is possible that rim tend to change shape after 10k km(assuming gone through bumps) very marginally but significant enough for wobbling. If that so the honda has to call out all the vehicles for rim replacement which is not at all cost effective for company.
