100% agree. The houses in CDO are always waaayyyy overpriced compare elsewhere in Philippines and the quality is always sub standards

You can still cover it with a canopy to maximize the space outside but you can't go higher with your fence above 2 meters or make a firewall because the subdivision prohibits base on the restrictions implemented. Good thing with that is the space each houses gives good ventilation and still enjoy fresh air from the nature.
