Serious note though, this was my first half marathon back in 2019. 99.5% yes, but I wouldnt want any other to be my first. Highly recommend to everyone.

you boys have to come do that course or even then 5 k duders loop timing it for sunrise at the top - it is stunning - or sunset is almost as good. - Oh yeah maybe in your retirement days from your beach front home you'll be able to see it from your lazy boy

Most stunningly beautiful half marathon in Auckland - and super special to me and my boy running the inagural on the day of his milestone 10th birthday - made even more magical by a special friend bringing her daughter over from OZ to run it with us. Great work! Spotted Kieren at the end too. Omaha is the only one I've not done on a race day. I had to do a virtual entry and run it by myself once. Hoping to put that right this year!

I love running the Mount Base track. Planning on doing the Tauranga Ultra at some stage.
