Manor Farm Lakes is an extensive 100 acre fishery based in the heart of Central Bedfordshire, with easy access from the A1.

Established in 1997 and stocked with common, mirror and a few koi carp, the Carp Lake at Manor Farm is a popular 4-acre gravel pit situated between Becks and the onsite tackle shop.

Winters Lake is one of the harder lakes at Manor Farm Lakes due to the weed and size of fish, however good presentation and patience will pay dividends and if you are prepared to work at it, this is the lake where you are most likely to catch a big twenty and thirty or a fish over 40lb.

The smallest lake on the Manor Farm complex, Blunham is a 2-acre mixed fishery perfect for an action packed day out on the float or feeder.

Opened in 1992 and formerly and put & take trout lake, the 5-acre Damsel is now the premier mixed fishery on the Manor Farm site.

Opened in 2005, the 24 peg purpose-built Match Canal is heavily stocked with carp to 10lb, bream, skimmers, roach, perch, rudd and tench.

The largest lake on the complex, Booneys is a 13-acre gravel pit that was excavated in the late 1980s and subsquently turned into the Warren Villas nature reserve following the last of the gravel extraction.
