Can't really dowwnload the board without signing up so I don't think it's really free.
I know Miro has restrictions on downloading PDFs with free accounts, but not sure how valuable it is as a download. We have some Google Slides templates that are a better alternative (just let me know if you want it). This was super helpful! How long would you spend on the Strategic Discussion?
As little as 20 minutes usually, but sometimes it can go for hours depending on the team. The more the strategy is understood the less time you spend discussing it. We spent an our last OKR setting as we have some big questions to work through.
