“In today's environment, hoarding knowledge ultimately erodes your power. If you know something very important, the way to get power is by actually sharing it.” ― Joseph Badaracco.

When ScrumMaster Overly rely on team - my interview for Scrum Podcast Show
Hi Sir,I am looking for test manager role in IT company.Could you please create a video on roles and responsibility of test manager. Thanks in advance.
Best explanation ever . I have seen multiple courses and video but nothing comes to this explanation ever !
@@mohitbansal2003 glad to liked it
Hello guys, i just want to get some feedback from you. I have read Scrum Guide at least 10 times, did 99%/100% mock exam Michail Lapshin multiple times, and also multiple 100% Scrum org open assessment. Based on your experience, am I ready to take the PSM-I Exam, or is there anything else i need to focus on? Thank you!
If 6 mins can explain this much, I can only assume how your full fledged training sessions would be. Thanks for this great video.
Thank you, can you tell me why EV=4,800?
How did you get 38 as the average velocity? I thought the formula was the last 3 sprint velocities / 3.
My question is- why bother creating a reference use story estimate- if the estimate relies upon concensus and judgement? i ask this because i saw lots of scrum masters doing user story estimate reference yet at the conclusion of the sprint the reference is not even considered- i mean it became just a waste of time and effort!
Very much informative thanks for the help
This video is like gold…..thanks for the content
is it still valid for latest scrum guide 2020?
Hello sir what are the roles within test team
Great video with a lot of detail on the technique. Since we're now all working from home a lot, which requires a lot of async work. What do you think of tools that help the team do async estimations (or async poker)?
Sir you explain the things so well and I have learned a lot in these 3 months just by ur videos.....One request can you explain Future and Acceptance criteria in Agile environemt
Super sir
This is the first video I have seen with correct ,precise and to the point explanation of Velocity and Capacity Planning. Thanks ! Keep sharing the knowledge !
Thanks a lot!
why the total capacity is 241? when you add 65+52+33.5+65+58.5 = 274.
That person was me 2 years ago.... 🙂
where i can find scrum guide can you please help me with the link
Your approach, speed, content, language, clarity, homework, confidence are very good. You explain the fundamentals in really simple manner with precise selection of words that help in understanding the concept quickly and clearly. Thank you. 🙂
Well, working with non technical PO create chaos. I started working with them with taking them through Organization structure, Release processes across teams, In and out dependencies with our stories to be completed. In other words, it’s not the PO scope but the impact of those changes on other surrounding systems in end to end banking areas. Gave him realistic view for implementing one user story and its estimation. Each team dynamics are different and working method differs based on team complexities. PO needs to understand overall organisation business and technical architecture with how the release process works.
How to book a session with you on this topic?
Very informative
Thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you 👍🏽
i believe you have good content. You must continue your videos on these subjects...Thank you for all videos
very clearly explained.
Suppose number of resources changes after few sprints.. then previous velocity is no longer useful right ? We will again have to observe for few sprints to predict future velocity?
Muito obrigado!
I'm commenting back here to thank you, sir. I've passed the PSM1 last April 15, and I want to thank you for this video, as I always watch it during studying for the exam. I thought I'm going to fail, but I passed. Thank you! I hope more people who's studying the PSM would land on this video so they could find a golden piece of information to successfully pass the exam. Much thanks again!
What is the difference between Scrum Guide -2 and Scrum Guide -1? And from where I can get them?
You ate it sir ❤❤ thank you. guys whoever saw this comment in the future please tag to give my update
Looking for a break as a scrummaster, doing trainings but not having enough practical exposure...need to highlight some real time examples...
2:00 - Respected Sir, just for clarification - For resource C, doesn't 5 * 6.5 = 32.5 (and not 33.5)? - Apologies if I am mistaken..Thanks !
You are right.
Excellent explanation ! Respected sir, I have been into QA Leading for the last 8 years. Even if I crack a Scrum Master interview, I should be able to to End-to-End activities as a SM. What do you suggest for that ? 😀
Thank you so much!!! This is really helpful...
wonderful...crisp and precise
Dont you think velocity is unnecessary and should not be used to show project progress
Very useful information covered in simplest way
Your video is amazing I would recommend if you simplify the language!!
Great insights, can you check the addition of your total capacity? I think the 241 is not right.
Please explain about Business analyst in agile Methodologies using Scrum Safe
Really liked the explaination.. Thank you.
by far the best one who explained this topic
Hi Sir… your videos are amazing… I am looking for test lead position. What are the responsibilities test lead???
Please drop a mail at ajeetsinghthecoach@gmail.com
8:22 The size of the scrum Team size is 10 or fewer. But you mentioned that it is 3-9. Yes it is 3-9 excluding PO and SM. But in general it is 10 or fewer.
Yes, this changed in 2020 with a team of 10 or fewer.
Very good explanation. your Clarity of teaching is immense!!!!.
Congrats Seyon omo Akilo. God bless you. Keep it up!
UP SEYON!!!!!!!
u guys are amazing......Weldone. sky is just the beginning.
