I honestly disagree with Dizzy's placement. In XRD, her instakill is literally her summoning a nuke like bomb and barely missing the opponent, which causes Sol Badguy to look back in a "wtf." fear. If you can get Sol Badguy to be afraid, especially in his Dragon Install, I would argue that nuke was pretty damn strong and she should go a bit higher (I know we're going off canon moments, but you did pull for Kum's instakill, so)
