Hello!💚 Most of my constructions are available for download in the video description. Some are not available because they have sims living in them and if you download lots with sims living there it will corrupt your game.

Thanks! Unfortunately I lost the neighborhood where I was renovating this lot. I had a lot of ideas for the lot, I wanted to build a diner (where the grocery store was) and maybe build the grocery store where that weird pool was.

I have a lot of CC, recently I organized everything as PleasantSims showed in her video ( th-cam.com/video/6EAfACulJxY/w-d-xo.html ). Yes, I have mods, lots of mods🤭 My Downloads folder currently has 10.8GB, 54,356 files and 623 folders. I don't have a lot of crashes, but I do have a lot of pink flashing, what I do when that happens is restart the game, it usually helps.

The magazine holder is a 4t2 conversion, the ornament with the files and books is called Stack 'o books by Nutty, unfortunately I couldn't find them. And the calendar is this modthesims.info/d/276983/days-of-the-week-calendar-pack.html

Sorry it took so long!😅 So my pc's resolution is 1366x768, but I use a monitor from AOC (G Line 2nd Gen 24 Curved Gaming Monitor).
