Yes it is. My Dad falls a lot, but he doesn’t get … too hurt … he hasn’t broken anything and he doesn’t tend to crash down, but kinda crumple, so he’s able to slow the descent enough to minimize the damage. He at least sees the benefit of doing little bits of exercise

Dumbbell/barbell shoulder press which are both gym exercises both have the same benefits
Very true. The great thing about a kettlebell, however is, as evidenced by the location of the video … you don’t need to go to a gym and a kettlebell more closely replicates a bag. It is also a more cost effective option than a barbell set, which will, without a doubt allow you to build greater strength. Thanks for commenting!

Absolutely NOT, lol. No, I do them too, I also have adjustable dumbbells and a couple barbells at home. That is the AI writing the script. After many years and not really enjoying working out, I have found that I enjoy kettlebell work more than most things and with them right next to my bed, its hard to ignore them. Not so with thew gym. I have spent so much on gym memberships that I havewn't used. I am mainly trying to get people to consider kettlebells, since they are a versatile workout implement that you can use anywhere. Thanks for commenting!

Handstands do same?
Unless you are doing handstand push-ups then no
Well, actually to do the same thing, you would have to do handstand push-ups and you can’t do a complete range of motion because your head will get in the way. Additionally, while ‘ technically’ true, not everyone can do handstands. This movement is for most ‘normal’ people. If you can do handstands, then I would doubt that you have issues putting your carry on into the overhead bin of an airplane 😁. Thanks for commenting!

That is correct, it is essential amino acids, so it’s the ‘equivalent’ of 50 grams of protein, but is not. If you plug it into MyFitnessPal, it will show up as 10 grams of protein.
