QUEEN OF THE DARK HORIZONS IS ONE OF MY FAV SONGS TOO OMGGGGG

Solid list. Glad to see: "I'm Alive" on here, which is one of the best on Asylum. A couple Crazy Nights songs an album which ranks low in most people's lists but I love it. "Sure Know Something" and "Save Your Love" from Dynasty, which are overlooked tracks from that album, particularly the latter. But most of all, one of my top ten Kiss songs overall made this list and it's usually left off completely, "I've Had Enough (Into the Fire)". Nicely done and I agree with most of your choices.

MY TOP 55 I want to preface my list of top favorite Blue oyster cult songs by saying, I am more geared to the creepier stuff as well. The stuff with more keyboards, more complexity. Bizarre song writing, Weird key changes, tritones, I steer away from Repetitiveness as well as AOR. "Veins" Is it great song, But some would could argue that there are some AOR aspect to it. I'm not a big fan of the Simmons drums. But in that song they do the entire song perfectly, and it fits. ( I have a number eight). I know everybody's list is gonna be different and that's fine. (I am aware that "O.D.'d, Red and the Black - Lamb, are not on this list comma I found those songs a little too repetitive) And there are only a few Blue Oyster Cult songs that i am not really into. Great list. Vengeance- the pact at the top of the list is an excellent choice, but somewhat rare on most other lists not sure why. I'm surprised to feel the thunder and veins didn't make it lnto the list. Thank you for putting after dark into the list, Because it should be there. What are your thoughts of siege and investiture..?

I agree BOC is a criminally underrated band. I would have included Screams, She’s as Beautiful as a Foot, Quicklime Girl, Morning Final, Goin Thru the Motions, That Was Me, Shooting Shark, The Marshall Plan and You’re Not the One I Was. Looking For. Just me

Only listen to the 3 first albums, and the famous ones from latter albums. I would picj these three on my topp 10( which wasnt invluded here) Summer of love, workshop of telescopes, abd stairways to the stars!

I'm glad someone is giving BOC some love..I am a long time fan..I have some problems with your list .just sayin' ...you left out stairway to the stars?? / This ain't the summer of love? / Just a couple of examples..but you include fireworks? And the biggest exclusion for me was Quicklime girl..wow.. and the revenge of vera Gemini...all the songs I mentioned are better than perfect water / sole survivor....just opinion

I love this list!! I don’t agree with everything, but I love how many obscure tunes are on here. You seem to have a love for 80s “Side 1, track 5” songs (Danger, Gimme More, I’m Alive). Haha. Even though you mentioned its original lineup dominated, you included a lot of stuff from the other eras as well. Personally, I would’ve had a couple Unmasked, Elder and Revenge tunes in there (and prob left off the Monster tracks), but still a damn solid list!! Also, great to see “It’s My Life” in there. Kudos! Oh, and had it actually been released like it should have, “Sword and Stone” would be on there too. 🤟🏻

I miss some albums you left out completely (Carnival of Souls, Elder, Dynasty, Unmasked) from which I definitely would find some songs for my own Top-50-List but more importantly: All of my Top-10-Songs are within your Top-25. Also I really like that you left out some the rather lame classics.

Love this list! I don’t completely agree with the ranking, but that’s what I love about it! BÖC are one of those bands that connect with everyone in very different ways, so there are millions of different lists that can exist out there
