Zumba® is what has motivated me to work out. It has inspired me to do more than I ever thought I could. I would love to share my passion with others. This channel is to share the love. I didn't create it for likes or dislikes. I created it to share my joy with others as others share theirs with me! I'm not a videographer, nor do I have years of experience. I'm merely putting myself out there to show that ANYONE can do it!

This is an oldie but such a goody. I remember doing this in one of my first Zumba classes that I took back in 2007 or so. The choreo was different but it's been so long, I don't remember 2007! I'm pretty sure this song has about 40 squats. I had to do the song 3 times before I felt like it was right (well better than the first2 tries). My inspiration came from Oktawian Zagorski. His video was very inspiring and I would never have done this song if I didn't see his video posted. I use this as one of the warm ups.
