-Some of the stuff in my au is canon, and some of it's not. It's kinda a mix of both canon and non-canon.

It was good, but maybe don't call him "daddy noot noot". It's cringy and weird because nightmare was canonically 6 years old before his corruption.
Yes I now in my au this was a dream Sequence. Nightmare was having a memory. My character Can since others motions, sometimes even dreams? She sees nightmare as a Father figure. Seeing into his past. Reminds her of her own. Basically living the thorough memories feeling everything. He felt feeling guilty.she could do nothing to stop it. And a bit of ptsd.
