This ain't nascar bud. Guys who have been doing it 20 years still can't keep their cars going for much more than a lap, whereas the soon to b young adult you re watching has been only racing for 3 years and beating national champions and guys who have dominated the tri state area. If dirt racing was so easy, everyone would be doing it. Please, before commenting a negative message, do some research

Well, having been around the sport for 20+ odd years, in the pits, around the drivers/crew, even know a few well, I'd say its more of an art as well as a science at times to run these dirt tracks. Given that the type of "dirt" is clay(ideal)or something close, it can mean whether you have a good time or not. Weather(past rainfall, sunny days)can dynamically change a tracks surface. Also, the class of car(be it Hobby, Street, Modifed, or Late Model)you race can affect how many adjustments are allowed under whatever rulling body(WISSOTA, USRA, USMTS, OR UMP)a track runs under. Some nights, even my father, who has over 40 years of dirt track tuning under his belt, miss judges, or is overruled as to where the track conditions are headed. A setup used during a heat race(qualifying) may(and most won't) work or not for the later feature race due to the track drying out or "rubbering up", i.e. rubber from the Rracecar tires adhering to the track in a layer that can either help or hinder at times. Many teams spend big $$$ on either equipment and / or parts to deal with many of these variables. Thats before any "talent" comes into play with the driver. I've watched NASCAR drivers hop in dirt cars and do wonderful(Kyle Larson, Kenny Wallace), while a few drivers are still competitive even after 30 years in the sport(Jimmy Mars, Scott Bloomquest). If it were so easy, I'd like to see You, do it...as the old adage goes.

Sorry, I didn't film every race each night. This is 17 year old footage too. I mainly filmed A-Mods at that time. #57 Steve Speltz mostly. I was amazed I found it to begin with, on an old hard drive.

It's drone footage, if there were any it would be just a mind numbing buzzing from the rotor blades. I've tried to sync audio from another source(of the same race), it's not easy, especially if multiple caution's happen, sorry. I'm not ESPN or even Dirt Vision.

Wreck fest with a helping of dust midagation compound making the track "weird".

I would make sure your Drone Is Registered with the FAA(Mine are under the 250gram and thus don't need to), then take your TRUST test(its free and takes about a half hour+ to do), while your on www.faa.gov/uas/getting_started look over the rules and follow them(No flights over people(crowds especially), Cars and Always keep your drone in sight or at least have someone in contact with you keep an eye on your drone.). Winona's Police do have a Drone of their own a Big DJI Matrice 30T Enterprise Drone, I've seen it flying around where I fly(mistook it for my Mini 2 on first glance) so they are aware of Drones and possibly have equipment to track and trace them. As to your question on where the deadend rails are(They use to go to a swing bridge that burned down in the 90's(www.postbulletin.com/winona-teen-pleads-guilty-is-fined-in-railroad-bridge-fire structurae.net/en/structures/winona-railroad-bridge )that a rail line used to get to its Winona Station.), they are in the "east end" of Winona and most likely owned by the nearby CHS Winona River & Rail Agriculture cooperative. I'd stick to fields and or (larger)parks till your more comfortable with the FPV setup. If you see my other vids, there are quite a lot of Power/Cable lines hanging around where I fly. Also flying over the river can be tricky at low altitudes(Wind, up/downdrafts, reflections, and ofcourse boats/jet skis). My drones are Camera type and thus I either use my phone/tablet or a built-in screen to fly/shoot video. I hope you have DJI Refresh(especially on a FPV drone) which is insurance that sends you a new drone if you crash yours(and have video evidence show it wasn't intentional) for like a 50-80 bucks for the first crash. Was experimenting with D-CineLike setting on the drone(10 bit color and such) for all these recent uploads. My video editing software(OpenShot) doesn't do LUT's, so I have to adjust the saturation till it looks good.

Tried to film bespoke footage, @60fps and I might try to edit together a few vids. I just was getting the usual uploads ready first.
