I just helped a family set up their projector and hooked it up to their DVD/Blu-ray player. At first, they were a bit unsure what to see, until I suggested Ferngully which I had loaned to them last Spring but they hadn't even bothered to watch. They enjoyed the movie, and the daughter is practically scatting the beat of this song now. It was such a magical moment watching with them and witnessing the kids dance around at the credits that I told the family they could keep my copy if they wanted to. After repeated viewings, I have a feeling that the two kids will start belting out 'A Dream Worth Keeping' or 'Some Other World' or maybe even 'Toxic Love' next.

This is definitely the most early 90s sounding soft pop song ever.

I love this movie! I grew up with it, but surprisingly, for the longest time, I didn't know Tim Curry was Hexxus. Now that I do know that, it makes the movie even better. ❤

I saw this for the first time a cpl months ago n I keep coming back for a hit of happy when I need it. Ferngully was, is and always will be amazing.

And they say Disney gets the best villains voice actors Tim Curry - especially his laugh - always gives me chills This and Muppets Treasure Island always stand out for me with his best roles
