This is to this day the classiest field to ever run in the Arc . Something like 11 or 12 group 1 winning horses ,some multiple Group1 winning horses . Dancing Brave made them all look like handicappers such was his phenomenal class and brilliance. He won going away and is the greatest middle distance horse I have seen in over 40 years of following horse racing . An exceptional colt of the highest possible calibre ...anywhere !

I liked this race back in the day. It was a sedate feature to Chetltenham's New Years meeting.

You'd never believe Monksfield left the ground. The best hurdling technique I've ever seen.

One man great horse Barton bank great horse master oats gold cup winner 🏆 and some brilliant 🤩 horses in the field. You can’t beat NH Racing I love it got into it in 1993 when I was as 13 years old.

I was there that day, still the best atmosphere I've ever experienced at a flat meeting. The memory of him flashing home down the outside to the deafening roars of the crowd is still so vivid. Goosebumps.

One man, one of my all time favourite horses. Brilliant day when he won the queen mother, gutted when he passed soon after at Aintree.
