Explore Korean Food: Seolleongtang & Bossam!
มุมมอง 4382 ปีที่แล้ว
I went out with my friends to find seolleongtang in NYC! Seolleongtang is a beef bone marrow soup that has a milky/cloudy look. It comes out rich and unseasoned, so you're supposed to salt it yourself. It is absolutely delicious and a good friend of soju, a national drink in Korea. I also ordered us bosom and dogani-tang, which are boiled/braised pork belly with wraps, and beef knee joint soup,...

I applaud these youngsters for what they have created. That is truely a positive direction. Even if you dont know anything about the effects of smartphone use on the developing brain, you cannot deny that it is a massive waste of time. For me personally, i got my first smartphone with 42 years of age. Im using it for 2 months now and honestly im a bit puzzled as to why adults could be addicted to this little thing. What is so interessting about text messaging or watching videos? At a certain point it will in a way repeat itself

i would not be able to do this lol my parents are too paranoid abiut letting me outside bc of the news so everytime I ask its a no and when i ask why i always get kidnapping, trafficking guns, etc, so i have no choice but to sit in my room i cant even walk to a bus stop to go to school or sit outside unfortunately my parents minds immediately jumps to " you want to talk to boys!" whenever i ask about going outside too sports aren't even an option since my school has no extracurriculars and anything outside of school is too far and expensive the only chance i get to go out is for a grocery store or clothes all of my family lives 8 states away so i cant meet up with family either without my phone i wouldn't know what id be doing

I wish i had a club like this at my school. I've been attending highschool in a new state and it's so hard to make friends because nobody that i've met has any hobbies to talk about or do together. People that talk to me like me but its clear they think im weird, and it's hard to make those relationships go anywhere because like I said, they dont really like to do anything outside of school stuff and consuming media. I recently switched to a flip phone because it's been a distraction and overall just a destructive force for most of my life, and while what's come of it is worth it, it's kinda embarrassing to have it out in public lol. But i'm hoping as an adult all these things will get easier and also society will begin handling better and being more aware of the sudden surge of tech and reliance on it since the early 00's. I've been starting to see more and more stuff like this video on the internet and I'm hoping that if this is becoming more of a thing in states like new york, maybe it will trickle over to wear I live.

That's what teenagers in 1999-2000s did back then. We didn't even have a smart phone, just a flip phone. Very low tech consumption yet high quality of living and being present at the moment.

I've tried switching to a flip phone but I find myself faced with a few challenges. Mainly, I cannot navigate without my phone's GPS, especially on longer car trip. Also, one of my jobs requires me to use an app on a smartphone. I wonder how these kids do it / how they plan to do it after graduation?

It's unbelievable that ppl of ur age see the benefits of a more nature baced antitec life...u are what other kids and adults as well should look up to u . U are the roll models this generation needs ... not fake celebrities with bought options. Reality as we know it is being destroyed by AI greed runs everything .regardless of the side effects on its ppl or our planet..i more should see this and they dont..im mpressed beyond words with u guys ....I'm 50 and ppl my age don't see the potential harm technology is causing or could cause...thank you for what u doing and I hope ur ideas catch like wild fire among the masses... ppl today suffer from what I call fort mentality. .if u come into the fort u will be provided for and protected. .it will cost u but you'll be safe ...now the most harmful and dangerous things are already in the fort ...and the wilderness is our only escape...
