For anyone seeing my comment, this is doable, BUT A LOT OF RNG IS NEEDED especially when keeping FishL alive, you need to get lucky with Qiqi's passive fortune marks, it took me 2 painful hours of trying to get lucky with healing marks but i got it done hope this helps

a tip for anyone struggling! if your fischl is about to die, just switch to her and hit with na when qiqi's mark is active. you dont need to crown anything because the mark thing heals a lot already😇
