That's very informative.
I'm in my 60's and I've never met a leader with half these qualities. Peter's Law states that people are promoted to their level of incompetence and I've found this to be true. I've never had a leader I respected.
I did a DISC profile some time ago but my results are still in their envelope because I've not opened it yet. I've just got no inclination and/or interest to read them. If you do DISC just double check you can keep the results private; if you can't just don't do the test.
I had to do this test at work which I did over a year ago, but to this day I've never looked at my results never mind discuss them with anyone. I just don't see the point. This frustrates my manager but they've got to accept that I have no interest in my results.

I am supportive by nature until someone or something irritates me, in which case I go in Dominant mode from 0 to 100 in about 2 seconds.
DISC is by far the most primitive personality test I have taken so far which has incorrect presumptions. It is far from being scientific as well.
The highest I scored was 36% for D, 26-27 for I and C, 17% for S 💀
Why does the original DISC framework describe "I" as Influencer, rather than Inspiring? Are you just, ya know, freestylin? Hmm.... or is it perhaps that the term "influencer" is too loaded nowadays, so you switched it to avoid the connotations that come with it? Aaahhhh...... if so, that makes sense.

I was looking for an explanation of the concepts of aggregability vs. disagreeability to help a friend that was struggling in their role as a manager.. All of a sudden.. new personality metrics were popping up. Had no idea about DISC. This description of an S was so shockingly accurate about myself after 48 years of recreational insight... Fit me to a T. Thank you for this presentation and education. I'm going to see what good I can do with this DISC system after seeing the other 3. Thanks again.
