I have 12 generals and 3 commanders, best generals are commanders with builds similar to my commander soviet. And for the other generals Guderian Katukov mikawa bittrich govorov and weidling are some of the best
I also couldn't do it even when it was easy mode, i cannot imagine how hard it is to play hard mode
