My gym weren't bothered like this about the anti gym laws. This employee is so over the top

I nipped between two running machines. one leg in and said to someone on the machine something. took 7 seconds no more. Woman on machine to left complained and they are thinking about cancelling my membership. Alright for her to sing whilst leaning off backwards from bicycle and make strange African noises for an hour though. I have told them clearly today. If my membership is cancelled I will take this through court. Clear breach of my rights. They are not respecting me. Thats rude. Go to the government consumer arbitration but must have written gym a letter beforehand so keep a copy. Then the second route is competition and markets authority, CMA. We have equal rights. They cannot treat a person badly and think they can get away with it. If my Gym Group in Blatchington Rd, Brighton cancel my membership tomorrow, I will sue their ass for it.

I remember going my local Gym and no one was bothering to mask up, clean the equipment after each use, and even the members of staff had basically given up asking people to do so

I've been going to this gym for over a year; all of the current employees are nice and helpful. This guy is putting a bad name on the gym. I haven't seen him, so he must've been sacked or left after this video was posted.

Im not gunna lie i think the gym group guy is in the right.

When asked to do something by an employee of a business that have been told by Directors & other company policy makers: be respectful & realize that they are just trying to do their job & just because they have approached you a few times does not mean that you are being targeted nor are they being aggressive. You have grounds to cancel membership if you do not like how a business is trying to protect itself & the clientele of which you were a part of!!!
