No other game has made me realize how bad people are at stealth in games. The fact that people in these comments are mind blown that you can stealth successfully in this game really tells me this. I was stealthing in this game day 1 when it released. 😂😂

I've been following along the guide (currently on xbox s/x) however, I've reached the point in the guide where I am at the yantar lab, but whenever I glitch inside and go to leave after buying the supplies (using the elevator glitch just like in the vid) I instantly die as soon as I glitch outside the lab. I don't know if there's a step I'm missing to prevent that, but currently I am stuck at this part in the guide. Everything else so far has worked (excluding the clipping into the technician's hut at the start did not seem to work), but maybe there is a console port issue that prevents the yantar lab glitch from working for some reason. If anyone else has managed to get it to work pls let me know thnx

A small tip if you cant do the quick F and Esc spam.. just save before doing the glitch, then do like sets of spam.. like if there was 5 spams done correctly,, save and continue from there. if failed, load the last saved where u done it correctly for 5 times...and continue :3 (idk if y'all understand, my English is bad.

I forgot last stalker had like 4 other games and i was playing the third installment of the series....(It was HELL to get pass one SINGLE PART HOLY HELL) But anyway, it was a....thing to do, dropped it...and apocalypse is ...maybe I'll try that one day

Op 2.2 is a whole new experience....i still remember fighting those 6 helicopters that were destroying everything around myself, then the pripyat undergrounds, the military, endless caves, mutants, everything was so horrible and took me ages to even complete...that was an entire travel, i stopped playing because i lost interest in the mod itself after what? 200+ missions done from Cordon to damm Pripyat outkirts, dealing with a predator, random teleporting and time travelers, this was an entire experience that i wish to play again one day when i dont get zzz even if i played 20 times the og experience...thatll have to wait for New Arsenal 7 and Shadows Addon...

I remember Battlefield Play4Free - pistols were anemic post-nerf unless you went pay2win then they were broken. Though not as broken as heavier pay2win guns. Ppl would rage at you if you downed them with the stock M9 or the knife.

Anyone else thought that the thumbnail girl was Civil Protection instead of being a Stalker/Dutyer?

I actually have completed this mod to entirity, no kidding, on the highest difficulty setting, on Realist. I found all of the collectors stashes and yes even including that "Last challenge" they give you with finding stashes all over the map that Wesker gives you so for example for one you have to use the elevator glitch to get into the wall to get a stash because its in a wall, another one is like under the cordon tunnel past the invisible wall of level transition so you have to like get out of the map then you have to walk over then and do some crouching shenanigans. I didnt bother with some storylines like finishing all of the hamster's quests and then doing the secret weapon of monolith storyline or the chess player, because i just saw it as a waste of time the rewards were bad and the quests were boring. Wait till you go to COP's Pripyat in Sniper's storyline and get attacked 6 heli's that will instantly rocket you the moment you pickup that sniper, or in Yanov picking Beard's stash with 10 or more APC's and on top having like 5 heli's. And no i didn't use Morphines for these sections. i have the video finishing it on my stalker mods completion playlist.

This is my least favorite gun from "good ones", but for sure having it from the start of the game makes you feel like a terminator. Also huge durability helps too. You can easily acquire really good nato weapons past Bar, like sniper SIG or GP37, but they usually a bit damaged and that's really annoying...

I think I'll stick to more gentle ns2016.
