It was an Invincible Special: an Atom Eve show.
This fight doesnt have any gore as such( lile the old dc animations)...where as the new guardians got gory as heck( maybe indicating how accustomed we as a generation are to gore)...

Dark Wing not being able to fight this mission because he was injured previously due to him not having durability or regeneration like the other meta humans is kinda sad and very realistic, I don’t really hear Batman having the same problem when joining up with the justice league, but this show is somewhat more realistic if regular humans were to be superheroes
