Feathering Technique with Epoxy Pastes - Video #1 - Using Fine Tip Bottle vs Toothpick
มุมมอง 963 ปีที่แล้ว
I wanted to try using the fine needle nose bottles to apply the epoxy paste to the molds and see if it's any different than the toothpick way. There are some differences, this is the first video of many as I want to try this out again!

Very beautiful. Thanks for sharing 🙏
Your absolutely so welcome!!
Thanks for sharing ... Unfortunately the little bottles have to be thrown away I guess..so they are only good for one session. More expensive than the toothpicks..
Oh really?? I rinsed them with alcohol as soon as I was done and I haven't had any issues. Well toothpicks still give that amazing look 🥰
i did this with experimenting and had one that stayed up and one that fell to the bottom it really is hard to get he mix just right but i think once you get it your golden just gotta keep trying!!!
yessss your almost there. it's all about patience. I test and let them sit for at least 10 min cause they could sit at the top for a bit and then would fall. I find that helps alot. as well, pour your resin first in the mold and then mix your colours. That way your resin is setting and getting thicker and gives you more time to mix and get the consistency correct. Keep me posted ;)
So beautiful, I tried this and it was an epic fail. Yours are gorgeous 😍❤
Aww it will come don't worry. What wasn't working for you? The colors dropping too fast?? Happy to help!! 😀
@@dreamdustdesigns I think I was dropping the colors too fast and being impatient. My dots were blobs🤣😅
@@naptimecreations aww. And yes I leave the resin sitting in the mold for at least 10 min too. Yeah I can be impatient too lol
@@dreamdustdesigns 😅😅😅 I'll keep trying, thanks for all your tips and tricks and help ❤🤗
@@naptimecreations anytime!!! Can't wait for you to share your creation excited to see!!!
