It's OKAY... you're not alone. We all feel the same at least I do and the thing that helped me get better at it is practise. Doing more work under deadlines or setting up my own deadlines earlier than the actual one... These are some things that helped me get better. But don't worry in general you can get better by experience. So keep doing what you doing and hang in there <3

It's not that bad of an idea but you still need to keep a check on time. there's no point in spending too much time on something just trying to be perfect and in the end u didn't even like it or need it. So keep checking with yourself and keep asking yourself if it's really important to make this thing perfect or is it okay if it's good enough. We all struggle with the same thing but you'll get better at it with time im sure <3

generally, it's harder as this role has fewer openings... not enough vacancies in most of the companies. however there are a few companies like Atlassian who take their design system very seriously and they have more people. funnny thing is orgs perfer to hire people from other countries not india because of accessibility awareness in general
