How do i tell if there cards that upgrade ur good/bad notes?

I started as a thumb player but it get a bit tiring and sometimes hurt when i play on expert level so i start getting used took me awhile to do so but i got the hang of it i was stuck at level 22 at that time but i just kept playing until eventually i got hard stuck at level 24 so i changed up the speed to 9.5 imo its good not to fast yet not too slow and i bought some cheap glove because my hands can be sticky and it also almost winter so its a win win... Now im at level 26 not comfortable yet but i manage to clear some so yeah hopefully i can play level 30 or even master comfortably... Just for funsies

3:58 i don’t actually recommend this. if you want to get better, i say use just a few or none at all (same with healers). its better to suffer through, die, and then retry than to have these imo. in my experience, they help you relax, which isnt good if you need to ap and keep your focus, fc something harder than you’re used to, or even just clear a harder song than normal. for example, i play heat abnormal mas for fun, but the moment im off my main team (which has 4 healers), i die. so if i want to get better, sure i can use my main team, but im not getting an accurate portrayal of how im doing since i cant tell if i was supposed to die or not or what i should improve in order to die less often. another example would be when i was trying to ap hitorinbo mas, and i kept struggling even with a full team of plockers. because every time a skill would activate, i’d relax, and not be as on guard and careful, therefore losing my ap. essentially, they give you a false confidence and can make you seem better than you are, which can make things more difficult

This rlly helped me, actually when i was a pjsk Begginer i instead used normal mode with speed 2.0-4.0 and mv on but since my friend suggested me to turn off the mv and change the speed, i became better at it. I used speed 10.8 rn with mv off and yea i can fc expert from 22 lvl-25 lvl. Uhm I would like to ask, is timing rlly important? Cuz i set it on 0.0

i got first form in 2nd try and 2nd form in 5 th try and tyn spear in 12th try

How I improved: just wing it

I never had liked too much the music video version, im someone who uses glasses, and before when i used to pkay with music video it made to fail because the color sometimes are very bright the it hurts my eyes which it made me close them accidentally and fail, also I couldn't see the notes very well by its bright color, so that's why i am never playing again with music video

i always turn on mv.. for some reason, it doesn't distract me, it actually makes me focus. But when there isn't any mv i just can't seem to focus.. (sometimes.)

i always play with mvs on and i manage to get full combos and high scores, maybe its just a preference??

1. I dont see why 1 offset value difference is outrageous since its only around +-16 miliseconds for each +-1 value. 2. The middle area in the playfield is actually the best position to have your eyes on because it balances out your visual on the chart and your sight on the judgement line. 3. Perlock skill is just a TERRIBLE way to try to improve your technical skill as you have to put yourself in a fair scenario with no cheat in judgement timing in order to rightfully learn where you did wrong and improve from it.

secret tip #11: CUT YOUR NAILS!!!! sometimes even when my nails are medium length, ill miss a note because my nail touched the screen but not my finger. i keep them as short as i can.

Tip: do NOT play with your fingers if you have shaky hands!! I have very dgaky hands and i clear some songs much better with thumbs because of my hands shakiness!

as someone who's been playing since mid 2022 and kept reinstalling the game and actually continued during my march 14 I wish I followed tip number 4 during when I was a newbie, I started to play expert during may and I wished I played more harder songs during april since I was very comfortable with the hard mode back then and had fc'd intense voice and dissapearance

Trying out harder songs definitely helped me improve! I used to not make it past halfway through The Intense Voice Of Hatsune Miku but now I can at least finish it. I improved a bit at the spam part but not fully, but still its a great improvement!

Last tip is so true. I keep taking long breaks throughout playing this game and bc of that I kinda lost my “peak” and can’t fc master songs or clear lvl 32++ or append songs. Doesn’t seem so bad until every average player can do that which is rlly demotivating

idk why i cant do spam notes, my fingers just get tired so quickly and i cant control them 😭 ive been trying to play on master more now but I've only been able to fc lvl 26 songs

if you’re completely new to rhythm games, do play easy/normal difficulty. immediately jumping to hard is really difficult. i remember when i first started playing rhythm games i could not clear past 3s on arcaea (arcaea was my first rhythm game)

erm acshually 🤓☝️only the level 37 master charts actually require more than 2 fingers, 33 until 34 doesnt need more than 2 fingers, also some devices has late timing than others so the timing depends on their device 🤓☝️ also sometimes the very top (in my opinion) makes me feel dizzy and i tap too fast at some points so the middle is more comfortable for me 🤓☝️ so basically most of these depend on their personal preference 🤓☝️ accuracy cards also dont help a lot with general accuracy unless you want to fc a song so it doesnt really do anything to your actual skill 🤓☝️ i recommend getting used to playing without accuracy cards if you really want to improve your skill because youll get used to not relying on the accuracy cards 🤓☝️ (anyways this comment doesnt intend to offend u in any way i promise, the tips i just gave r generally my personal preference)
