Got this for Christmas 1983. It was a 1984 release but came out Christmas 1983. I was 9 years old and my excitement is something I can still feel today.

Good review and good set. I really like those humanoid dragons, I wish Playmobil did more with them. And if you take the wings off, they can be humanoid dinosaurs instead.

this is probbably one of the best playmo sets and u can use the mountain for anything city pirates princess underwater medival roman and egyptions and much more😄

I wish that They can make a Playmobil set of Disney's Herbie The Love Bug.

I have this one. In fact I got it when it was pretty new. I gave the characters names, but I forgot what I named the knight. The squire I named Aalso, I remember that. He was the smarter one between the two. However, a new comic that just came out to celebrate 50 years of Playmobil gives him the name "Prince Schwanensee" (Prince Swanlake). It is unclear if "Schwanensee" is his name or part of his title. (it does sound more like a place) but apparently, this guy is a prince.

I got this one for christmas the year it came out, wanted it a lot back then because it came with five soldiers. Knights where always easier to get than soldiers for some reason.

I remember exactly the day I got this as a birthday gift back in the 80s. Putting all the pieces together is something I will never forget, especially the smell of brand new rubber and plastic, so cool.

These days, a set like this is so difficult to find where you buy all these. You make awesome videos continue all the great work

You have to wonder why they didn't just reuse this Santa for the sled set.

The angel is actually a German character called Christkind (Christ Child) who is meant to be a protestant alternative to St. Nicolas aka Santa Claus, as protestants aren't supposed to worship saints.

Now I don't know what I like more,Scooby or Ghostbusters? I like both.
