Danku ik ga recht studies beginner via lange afstand. Hartelijk dank dit online te uploaden😊
That was an extremely interesting lecture with fascinating concrete examples, thank you for making it available. I am interested especially in the final remarks of professor Spijkerboer about the need for a 'global curriculum'. As a professional working in education and especially education of refugees I do think a lot about the question of decolonising the curriculum and how it can be achieved. That said, I'm also really not sure about the desirability of a single 'global' curriculum, because the outcome would inevitably be based on certain arbitrary, normative choices. I feel that, all reservations aside, we are globally a lot better of and scientifically and educationally more efficient if we keep the diversity of approaches, canons, curricula and so on.

Sinds wanneer leren we wetsartikelen “klakkeloos vanbuiten”? Codex bestaat precies niet meer?
- Dat nu niet, maar er is wel veel informatie dat niet in de codex staat en die je wel moet vanbuiten leren. Vooral veel opsommingen leren (voorwaarden voor bepaalde dingen enzo .....) - Rechten is en blijft natuurlijk meer vanbuiten leren dan de gemiddelde richting aan de universiteit. - De proffen hebben zelf een achtergrond in rechten, het is hun stiel, dus ze gaan natuurlijk hun stiel verdedigen als mensen iets zeggen erover.
Andere mensen die ook het gevoel hebben dat de normale snelheid eigelijk 1,75x zou moeten zijn?
