Would be good if you can do a few segments on some of the Japanese locals who offer accomodation, for example Kunugi Guest House,in Echoland, we have stayed there many times and it is ana amazing place to stay.

Great place to ski. I was stationed on a ship in Yokosuka for two years back in 1978 - 1980 and we'd go on long weekend bus trips to Iwatake that was all set up by the base. Excellent area, great skiing, and amazing views. Not sure if they're still there, but rather than stay in a hotel, the 4 to 5 of us that went would stay in a big house, right at the bottom of the mountain with hot springs right in the house. Great way to kick back and relax after a day of skiing.

Helpful, but would have been better had you also shown us.

Seems like sound advice. Can you give some examples where you would move up or down to balance?

Unfortunate that the camera isn't quite level in this video (look at the lift tower in the background). This explanation makes sense when you consider the stiffness of the boot. Most people will naturally lean to keep the best stability under their feet. Please do a video about the pressure you feel on your ankles and feet as it relates to fore-aft weight distribution and what part of the ski grips vs slips.

As a beginner this didn't make a lot of sense until I remembered from someone else's video that you should be trying to always keep your torso pointed downhill. It seems like a good excercise to help learn what proper turning feels like on one leg at a time. Of course if you are turning both skis at the same time, you can't use that much muscle to rotate - you are dependent on the edges of the skis to drive that rotation.
