In this video we do the basic session from the Sivananda Companion to Yoga book generally performing 3 reps or holding for 3 breaths for each thing.
We skip all the warmups except the Sun Salutation, skip the Locust, add a few things to get ready for the Lotus position, but otherwise, stay pretty close to the book.

Honestly, I've only used it a couple times since I bought it. I tend to use my big stand mixer much more, so I really can't give you much of a review... The best I can tell you is so far, so good. :)
