It’s good to know that cholesterol levels are good for overall wellbeing
Meditation is really good but it is complicated to get a silent environment
I surely understand. You could try some other options like journaling
Silence heals a multitude, who know how to engage with it
It’s an art. But it’s good to get a community of support too.
