The thing that I find interesting is that most corporations will be destroying themselves in the process of destroying our job. If people don't work and they don't have a meaningful income, who will buy their products? UBI will be the equivalent of welfare for the masses. There won't be any disposable income for iPhones, video games or new cars for people receiving UBI. Public pensions for states and municipalities are already underfunded. Significantly lower income tax revenue, property tax payments and sales tax will lead to bankrupt governments. It's going to be a shit show. Buckle up. We are in for some dark times ahead.

Imagine if there is 3rd A.I., that is voice assistance, that controls computer use and its entire job is to talk to you, ask you question, and once it understands what you want it will start giving prompts to computer use.

I'm not exactly a fan of big tech but claude is a genuinely amazing piece of software.

Maybe give us back a rebate every time Claude fails to fully generate a response, or when it knows it made the error and apologises again and again, using more of our limited resources explaining that it knows it misunderstood and then proceeds to generate a massive response for why it did this... Eating up more of our plans resources! Almost as if this is hard coded in to waste time and lock us out once it has consumed our entire allowance...

As a lecturer on AI an Ethics I ám very interested in this topic; the moral in the machine, also tying in, as you did, to philosophy of mind. so yes, very curious about what more you have to say on this topic and how Anthropic actually develops personality and character in models. data, pre- and post training, yes, but deliberately from the outset? Is character and personality planned or emergent and then toned down or nurtured? Pruned?

I wonder how this could be leveraged for usability and automated testing...

Claude is hands down best LLM out there, concise and brief outputs, really good with reasoning and great personality. I like it much more than ChatGPT.

It did this wrong. Drive time depends on the time of day. It should have determined the time to arrive (sunrise) BEFORE the drive time. Someone may get caught in the morning commute.

I have been working with the computer use workflow for a few days. It's promising but I run into rate limits pretty quickly. Finding ways to avoid screenshots helps. While promising, it's not yet a slam-dunk for me.

Love Claude and have been using it to build my iOS app (without any previous SwiftUI experience) and agree on limits. What does everyone mean when they ask for more context tho?

All the other Anthropic Computer Use demos show the launching and use of a Linux Desktop. This is one of 2 Anthropic videos that show the use of a MacOS Desktop. It is not clear from this video if Pujaa is running Computer Use to control her computer directly or if she was running a sandboxed MacOS. Pujaa, How did you get Computer Use to control a MacOS Desktop, whether it be Sandboxed or not? What command did you use to activate it?
