im 14 and experianced something almost exactly like this i simply petted the puppy and it automatically followed me back home by foot but sadly my mom didnt think i wasm ature eough to raise a dog let alone without her permission so i had to ditch the dog thank you for doing something i couldnt do.

Somebody put this dog here if anyone has noticed the blanket put under her. Idk but a lot of people try to manipulate a story into a feel good story. This man could have put the dog there. Maybe it was his own dog because nobody would touch an abandoned dog and perform mouth to mouth on it not knowing what germs or diseases it may have.
